Our vendors would like to request unlimited visibility of reference materials for vendor PMs that is not restricted to a single user. Currently, access appears to be tied to individual accounts. We would like to clarify that our key need is for reference materials to be available from the project level to the entire project / production team, at any time during the project lifecycle.
