TQA: Adding a different TQA model per language

In TE, we can define different TQA models per language. It would be handy if you could implement a way for us, admin users, to add a different TQA model per language. At the moment, that feature is available only for the QA Checker.

TQA model can be only selected per project. I don't think ability to use more than one is practical and I don't really see why would you do that.
