Make reference materials retrievable in the online editor

We'd like it to be clear and easy for a linguist to see that there are reference materials available while in the online editor.

Any updates on making reference files more obvious to linguists in the Online Editor?

We regularly have issues where linguists miss reference files as they are working from the inbox. How can we make reference files more obvious and easily available?
