We have some internal workflows and some, where we use external language services. Without prior information via e-mail the lead project manager is "surprised" with a new project. To further automate the workflow we would like to make those projects visible for him. We've tested a custom role but it hasn't worked.
It would help a lot if the lead project manager could see workflows where he's affected and would get notified when a project starts that include him in the workflow.
