General inboxes and other stakeholders often need to be copied in project communications (questions to customers, delivery of translated files).
Unfortunately, Trados Enterprise does not currently provide this functionality, and workarounds only provide partial solutions.
We would need for such a function to be added in the Customer Portal, at the project creation step.
