Enable vendors to be able to see what other PMs did

 A vendor is currently unable to see who or what other PMs on their team did in regards to quotes or other assignments. Vendors need the ability to see these details.

    Here are some details from a vendor:

    It would be very helpful to get access to history of each task like: who assigned the task, what linguist and when linguist accepted, when the task was delivered. This information is not available to us and we need to constantly refresh and check statuses to notice when project/language gets delivered.

    The Orders tab provides visibility into assignment/ownership of tasks, provides access to Quotes and Costs even for projects managed by other Vendor PJMs.

    Could you provide more detail on what is deemed missing beyond the above (we're aware of the previously raised ideas on more detail in the Orders tab, which are on our roadmap, just want to make sure we don't miss anything if this ideas is something beyoned those?)
