Adding an option in TE to update/replace/delete a reference file in an ongoing project

Currently, there is no way for a user to replace or delete a reference file uploaded in a project. Could you please fix that?

My client has requested the same feature for the Customer Portal. It is something that they need very much, especially the functionality to delete the already added files. Thanks!
