Hi Ian Parnell , thank you but I'm afraid the new reporting module is nowhere to be found on our interface. I've submitted a ticket to RWS Support. Could you please advise?

Hi Carla, I was contacted by the Support team earlier today and subsequently granted you access to the new reporting module. There was an issue in the way your account had been categorized in our internal systems, which is why you were not included in the first roll-out phase. I have corrected this now so it shouldn't cause any further issues in the future. Apologies for the delay in enabling this for you.
