Add ability to view and search multiple languages at once in TM maintenance

In WorldServer we are able to search multiple languages at once in a TM. We are not able to do this in TE. It can be time consuming to have to open each language pair one at a time.

Please help make the TM maintenance experience at least on par with what WorldServer was for us.

This loss of functionality is hitting us hard now as we try to look for TM entries and update them. This is extremely time consuming now compared to WorldServer.
