Add ability to set preferences for project retrieval emails to Trados Enterprise (currently only in the customer portal)

We do not use the customer portal. Currently, the setting for managing how project retrieval emails are sent is only available in the customer portal. We should be able to manage this in our user settings in Trados Enterprise.

Email Settings section with options for sending project retrieval emails: 'When all of the files in my project are ready to download' selected, and a checkbox for consenting to RWS marketing emails.
