Add DeepL translation provider to Studio

Title says it all - it works so good for Polish, that we need it in Studio ASAP. But not as external plugin. :)

I've tested it with French-German - some sentences look great, others are simply funny. Anyway, it seems to be a promising tool to work with for some sorts of texts, and I hope that it will get even better by regular "training".
