We need a way to create/copy Filing publications, automate some tasks /massaging topics and then merge publications back together. Initially we were thinking to have like a background task which hooks up to publishing event/ map changes and then kicks off a workflow. We are automating some tasks like creating new publications and merging publications etc for a client. I don’t know if that helps?  This customer has been doing everything manually and we are looking at automating some of the activities for them.
