Baseline 2.5 GetReport in order

Question

Hi - is there a way to get a baseline report in the order that the objects appear in a publication? The report I get is not in sequence. Thanks.

No this is not possible. The report will contain all items included in your publication but not guaranteed in the order they appear in the publication as: 
- the baseline report will only contain reused content once (as all references towards that object will use the same selected version of the object). 
- the baseline report will include all objects available in your publication regardless whether the context specified on the publication version matches the conditions potentially specified on the topicref statements towards the objects. 
 
So there is no switch or argument for the webservice call to achieve this. 
You could off course always restructure the returned object list based upon the information/order available in the different (nested) ditamaps yourself, but during such routine you will need to decide what you do with reused objects and/or conditionally excluded objects
