Is there any way to get "where used" topics in SDL. below screenshot from KC2016 is displaying the topic which is used in other map.

The API calls are there as all of our Client Tools use the public API. To know exactly what happens - and connect that to what you need - I would advise to put a Fiddler in the middle and trigger the Client Tools action you are interested in. Don't forget to enable HTTPS decryption as described on http://docs.telerik.com/fiddler/Configure-Fiddler/Tasks/DecryptHTTPS
