Could you inform me about pluginpackage.manifest.xml?

Hello, Could you inform me about pluginpackage.manifest.xml? 
 To make Plugin for only Trados Studio2014, I'm going to set maximumversion in a manifest file, but it doesn't work. 
 When I describe< RequiredProduct name="SDLTradosStudio" maximumversion="11.9" /> then compile, an error occurs. How should it be described?

Yes, maxversion is ignored by Trados Studio. 
This has been reported before to SDL a while back.
