I'm not sure if this is related to the new SDK release, but the following infragistics controls started appearing when I tried adding columns to my datagridview (the ones that start with Ultra). I don't have an infragistics license, so just wanted to report.
EDIT: I just noticed if I try to add a control it works fine, but if I reset Visual Studio then it complains it cannot find the references.
This seems like some weird bug with Visual Studio.

Actually there is another problem which I found out later. The User Control in the Batch Task Template (I haven't checked the others yet) is not a partial class, so when you drop a control in the designer all the designer generated code gets put into one single file along with your own code.
For now I delete the provided user control and add a new one to work around the problem.
There should be a .Designer.cs file like the following:
But the current template generates only one class:
