A user who use the addon I developed clamed he can't use the addon.
I heard him about some error indications, but I can't reproduce them in my environment.
Now, I guess that the configuration file related to the add-in is broken.

There is no such folder. What configuration file are you referring to? We generally don't have any config files for uses to have to edit in plugins.

He (a user) use Trados Studio 2022 SR1 - 17.1.6
I (developer) use Trados Studio 2022 SR1 - 17.0.4.

I'm developing my addon in C#.
So the file is to save Visual Studio settings.

This is almost certainly your problem. You will need to update your plugin to support SR1. You can find details in the release notes, but also in this wiki:
