Searching the Translation Memory

Hi,
in SDL Trados Studio, you have checkboxes for case sensitivity and the usage of wildcards if you want to search in translation memories. (https://sdl.ssl.cdn.sdlmedia.com/636365798181010186FH.pdf, page 21 and 22) How can I implement this kind of search with the API? The API sample projects and the documentation didn't help.

In the Translation Memories view, make the translation memory for which you want to search the active translation memory. mysubwaycard

Enter the search criteria in the Source Text and Target Text boxes in the Search Details window.

Select the type of search you want to perform from the Search Type drop-down list.

Hi,
I think there is a misunderstanding. My question isn't how to do that with SDL Trados Studio. I would like to write this search with the API in C#.
