To ask sign for my application

I sent a mail to ask sign for my plugin 1 week ago. 
 But no response. 
 
 The way to ask sign is right even now?

Dear NICT Dev , 
 
I have found your email, but you have not submitted an app for signing? You have provided a link to the app on the appstore which is already signed and the one in your account that is currently incomplete is also signed. I note your request to change the name, which I think you might be able to do yourself (but I will look at this). 
 
Can you send me the app you wish to be signed please?

ok - I think I can guess what the problem is now. If I download the app and check it with the app signing tool we use it is signed. 
 
The problem is caused by a bug in Studio which validates the certificate correctly but because the file name has a space it’s not handling the encoding correctly. So our signing tools see this as signed, but Studio does not. The workaround is to not use dlls inside a sdl plugin with a space in the name. 
 
Can you correct this and resubmit it?
