Ports for GroupShare REST API

Question

Do all GroupShare installations always use port 41234 for GroupShare API and port 41235 for TM API? 
 Or can GroupShare administrators configure them with different port values?

We have rewrite rules to make sure you don't need to open 41234/41235 externally, as these are used for internal communication. 
I.e. Studio also talks to the TM using REST API now and goes through Port 80/443.
