I need help. I purchased the package containing all three levels of the Official Trados Certification offered by the university, but they aren't showing up in RWS University. I first logged into the standard RWS site and bought the packages; two days later, seeing that my RWS University account hadn't been activated, I registered using the same email address I used for the purchase (my institutional one). The problem is that I don't know what to do or whom to contact, and I need the certification within three days.
