Hello! Levels 2 and 3 of the training course and certification exam don't show up in my RWS University learner's dashboard. I don't know what to do, I've just given the 1st exam and got my certification, which doesn't show up under RWS Account/Training. It shows Trados Studio 2022 certifications for some reason and not the 2024 ones? Is this a problem? 
I'd like to study using the provided training manuals, but apparently only level 1 courses and the relative exam show up, despite my order clearly stating I've purchased certifications 1-2-3 both 2022 and 2024.
Is there a waiting period?
