Issue with Trados 2022 Certification Exam

Hi there,

I'm seeking help with the Trados Studio 2022 Certification Exam and the SDL Trados Studio 2021 for Project Managers.

I've tried several times on the training platform, but I still cannot proceed. Here's the error message I receive when I try to start the exam:

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Since I'm hoping to get the Certification as soon as possible, is there any way I can access the exam?

    I've checked all the tabs in my mailbox and still could not find the email sent by the RWS University platform. The only relevant email was the one sent by you that asked the Education team to enroll me for the Trados Studios 2022 Certification Exam, shown as follows:
