Requirements for a licence?

So if you have access to Trados Live, if you want to work on a project with an external translator they must have their own Trados Licence, is that correct?

Content can be shared through Trados Live Team if both translators are users of the same Trados Live Team subscription.

Yes ideally they should have a Trados license. However if you are planning on sending a review to someone who does not have Trados there is an option in Trados Studio desktop which allows you to do so -

All good advice, but an important point to make is that in Trados Live Team you can add a user to your setup and they will have access to any work you give them by drawing a licence for Trados Studio, or by working in the cloud via a browser, until you remove them as a user. So a lot of flexibility here compared to the older traditional ways of working.
