If you are then perhaps you can also drop an email to education@rws.com and let us know who from your University is our contact? That person will have been provided with all the information you need to get started.

Yes, I am an academic partner and am the administrator of the Trados account. Shall I send an email to education@rws.com to receive the information I need to handle and share the software with my students?
I believe you are from Birzeit University and we don't seem to have you or the University listed as Academic partners. So yes, please email the education inbox and we can discuss there.
