I am seeking assistance regarding the payment status for my recent work order. Despite reaching out via Zendesk, I have only received repetitive automated responses that do not address my specific query.

Here are the details of the work order:

- Project Name: Echo (multimango)
- Navision ID (Nav ID):D435456
- Work Order Document No.:Z3426188226
- Work Order Date: July 18 – July 24

I have also contacted Tipalti, and they informed me that the payment has been under approval since August 4, 2026. Could you please provide an update on when I can expect this payment to be processed?
