Hi Everyone,
I just want to know if we can dispute evaluations? I just got a "Not Acceptable" score because the auditor does not see the audio. But the audio loaded on my end just fine. The comment said "The Rater's submission failed Scenario Adherence (auto-fail) due to catastrophic audio failures." However upon checking, all the audio clips for both models and myself are audible and clear. Is there a way they can reverse this rating?
