I am unable to access my Tipalti account because it has been locked after multiple login attempts.
When I try to log in, I receive the following message:
"Your account is locked. Please contact RWS Moravia."
I have confirmed that the phone number used for MFA belongs to me. The only issue now is that my account is locked.
Could you please unlock my Tipalti account or advise me on the next steps?
