Tipalti Not Supported in My Country – Need Help with Payment Method

Hello,

I recently completed work as an RWS vendor, but I’m unable to receive payment because Tipalti doesn’t support PayPal in my country (Nigeria).

I contacted the Payment Team and was advised to reach out to the “Vendor mailbox,” but I haven’t received the contact email or any reply.

Could someone please confirm the correct email or team I should contact to arrange my payment?

    Hello,

    I’ve been completing projects for RWS/TrainAI but still can’t receive my payment because Tipalti & PayPal aren’t supported for receiving payments in Nigeria. I’ve created several Zendesk tickets and even re-registered using the link sent to me, but the issue hasn’t been resolved.

    Wire transfer isn’t a good option because of very high charges and no SWIFT code.

    Please, can someone from the payments or vendor team help me with an alternative option like Payoneer or another supported method?
