I had english language test and i scored 18 out of 35.

As I mentioned in the thread that you posted here, as per my talk with my colleagues, I have been informed that registering with RWS is not a guarantee of work - registration adds your information to the database so that our colleagues can contact you when they have opportunities that match your profile information and skill set.
Should your profile be a good fit for any project they are going to be recruiting for, you will most likely get contacted.
