We are performing maintenance on a TM by the hour and full days, and practically every hour we get the message "Your session has expired due to inactivity. Please refresh this page to reconnect." This is annoying because sometimes we are fixing...
Would it be difficult to show in an SDL support e-mail the history of the exchange?
As in any normal e-mail thread... Otherwise we keep logging in to the slow SDL account and looking for messages while this could be a lot simpler.
