It is now impossible to get any support for Trados Studio, whereas before the RWS take over it was a useable system.
You now have to fill in all sorts of nonsense about AWS, which I don't use, select which version of Trados I use from a list that does not contain any version of Trados and on and on. Even the pull down list don't act as such.
Someone without any UI knowledge has botched together a 'support' system that does everything but support.
Absolutely abyssmal experience.
