Where do I go to access my old private messages?
The only way I can access them now is clicking on the link in the e-mails I receive, but I don't know how to access them from the UI in SDL community.

Hi Jesse,
It isn't a very good experience here. Once you have a conversation going you can get to them, but the original contact from the email notification seems to be lost... at least this is my experience. So when I get a contact with a message I always copy the message first into a new private message back to that user so I can find it later. Then I get to it by using this icon in the top right and clicking on "View All":
I have reported the problems with this, at least problems I have with it, but I think it's a platform thing and not anything our team can address.

Yes, I have the same experience. Someone sent me a private message recently and I could see part of it in my unread notifications, but after I marked it "as read" it disappeared and I could not find it anymore...
