You cannot enter text to the Description text box on Chrome 64 bit. 
 Sometimes you can after a refresh, but it is unstable.

Which Chrome version are you using and which plugins? We've seen quite a bit of trouble with Chrome+Plugins

Ops. Sorry. I was testing plugins, and now I believe one of them was responsible. So yes, this issue is resolved.
