Yes, you setup for daily digest only.
But you ask a question on a forum or if you reply for a forum question you will receive an immediate reply and if some one reply to your question also i will receive an email.
You can un-check the "Notify me When someone replies to the post" check box on the bottom you wont receive mails for that post.
Can you please forward the mails you are receiving to community@sdl.com , so that it will be easy for us to identify the problem and resolve it.

And then you've got Windows 10 just around the corner (I'm running the technical preview on another computer) with Microsoft's new Spartan browser.
Monday is usually a bit slow on the translation front, maybe then.
Here's something to look at--two screen dumps from Chrome and IE11. With IE, the like-Reply-Verify answer-More line is missing.
Logged in now and can post. Maybe it's just me, but it could be helpful with an ikon that communicates the idea that I'm signed out. Perhaps accompanied by the text "Sign in".
