"By most votes" does not seem to do anything

Hi SDL Community, 
 What is the purpose of "By most votes" when sorting the ideas? It seems to overlap with "By highest score" which sorts by the score (voting?) with the arrows on the left-hand side.

One straight answer: you're right, the by most votes does not do anything. 
It's purely related to the data we pull for reporting. 
So we took away the "By most votes" filter.
