I saw Nataliia do a demo of this and I almost fell out of my chair. One of the biggest challenges with content management dealing with complexity of getting new content into the proper place with the proper schemas. Even with the best UI it's a challenge. Now imagine a world where somebody shows up with a bunch of text files, images and other assets and tells you, "ok get this stuff into our CMS." Now you'll have a conversational AI wizard that will break things down into multiple validated steps. What I appreciate about the conversational AI feature in Tridion Genius (and thus the RWS Documentation Center) is how it can give you answers with links to the source topics, but also it will answer questions to explain what's not (or at least doesn't appear to be) in the published content. Sometimes I'm looking for information that may or may not actually be in the documentation; it helps to know sooner that I need to check elsewhere, rather than waiting until I get search fatigue and give up! :-)

BTW as of Sites 10, we're going to be packaging OpenSearch instead of Elasticsearch. No need to worry - they're essentially the same thing (OpenSearch was forked off of Elasticsearch). We needed to make the change because of some licensing requirements.

Thanks to all who have completed the survey. We've gained some really insightful information so far.
