One of the biggest challenges with content management dealing with complexity of getting new content into the proper place with the proper schemas. Even with the best UI it's a challenge. Now imagine a world where somebody shows up with a bunch of text files, images and other assets and tells you, "ok get this stuff into our CMS." Now you'll have a conversational AI wizard that will break things down into multiple validated steps. I've got a quick video of Nataliia's demo in the Q4 roadmap slide deck...so download it and check it out!

RE: New Documentation Center!

What I appreciate about the conversational AI feature in Tridion Genius (and thus the RWS Documentation Center) is how it can give you answers with links to the source topics, but also it will answer questions to explain what's not (or at least doesn't appear to be) in the published content. Sometimes I'm looking for information that may or may not actually be in the documentation; it helps to know sooner that I need to check elsewhere, rather than waiting until I get search fatigue and give up! :-)

RE: What's Cooking for SDL Tridion Sites 9.5’s New User Interface?

Thank you for providing a detailed overview of the Tridion Sites 9.5 New UI presented at the Tridion Developer Summit (TDS) 2019, offering valuable insights into the enhancements and features introduced. It effectively communicates the focus on improving user experience through a streamlined interface, enhanced navigation capabilities, and integrated community ideas. The inclusion of screenshots and explanations of new functionalities like the 3-panel layout, property panel, and rich text area improvements adds clarity and visual appeal. Additionally, the article's emphasis on community feedback and collaborative ideation demonstrates a proactive approach to meeting user needs and enhancing product usability. Overall, it's a comprehensive update that highlights both the technological advancements and ERP-driven design principles driving the evolution of Tridion Sites.

RE: Universal Epic Universe

Congrats!
Thanks to all who have completed the survey. We've gained some really insightful information so far.

I have an important message to all who may have tried to complete the survey but hit an issue near its beginning and could not proceed. I identified an issue after noticing an unusual number of incomplete surveys over the last couple of weeks. The good news is that I have fixed the issue and no data has been lost. To give another chance to those of you who may have experienced this issue, we have extended the survey deadline to the end of the month. My apologies for the inconvenience, but I kindly ask you to try again. We really want to hear from you. :)
