&lt;p&gt;one of WS customer is asking if we have any information which is open to customer for below scenario.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As previously confirmed it is known that WS 10.4.2 has expired technical support cycle. So they want to know&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Where they can confirm such information like until when current WS will be going through technical support, entering into EOL?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;and they think those information should be open offically for reference to decide which timing might be good for upgrade.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;therefore, could you please check if we have any way like schedule notification to WS customers or post to community?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
