Error message when starting Multiterm : Unexpected exception when creating view part control for view part Notification + La référence d'objet n'est pas définie à une instance d'un objet. And Trados Studios not opening

Hello, I have recently installed Trados Studio 2022 and Multiterm 2022, and I am having issued when opening both programs. 
 First, Trados does not open and second, when I try to start Multiterm I receive 2 error messages : "Unexpected exception when creating view part control for view part Notifications" and "La r&eacute;f&eacute;rence d'objet n'est pas d&eacute;finie &agrave; une instance d'un objet". 
 I have tried to unistall and install again, but both programs are still not working.

 Try a reset as this often clears up a problem like this. To do this just close Trados Studio and then rename this folder: 
 c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17\ 
 to c:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Trados\Trados Studio\Studio17_old\ 
 If you can't find this folder then you need to unhide your hidden files/folders: 
 www.howtogeek.com/.../ 
 Then restart Trados Studio and see if that helped.
