Initial response from support is that your case relates to GroupShare and not Studio. I don't have the detail yet, still waiting for more information on that, but I don't think it's relevant in helping the OP with this question as the scenario is very different. Please feel free to raise a question on this in the GroupShare forum and we can discuss it further.
Once Lee Rease provides more information as Steve requested we can try and help more.

From where i come from, it's part of Studio and GroupShare is just a vehicle to help us run the Studio. But I will raise this issue in the GroupShare forum
Thank you... the difference is your problem is more likely to be related to server connectivity and where the resources sit, which is GroupShare. That's why we have a separate forum. In this thread the resources are on the local drive... until the OP tells us otherwise.

In the meantime I have heard back from support, so just in case you don't post into the GroupShare forum as I have not seen your post there, note that they have been waiting for a response from you (or Tra-Service) since the 13th August. Maybe something went missing in the correspondence so it may be worth you following up with this through the support channels as well.
