Importing a .tmx file into an existing .sdltm file

Question

I can't import any .tmx file into an existing .sdltm file. 
 During Import, it says that x numbers have been imported but when I do a manual search in the TM View, I can't find any of the segments imported. 
 My tmx files can only be imported into a newly created/empty .sdltm file. 
 I'm using the latest version of Studio. The .sdltm are "upgraded".

It seems odd that it imports into a new TM and not an existing TM. Can I ask how you are doing this? For example, are you importing through your project settings and checking the TM View? Maybe you are using a project TM and so without realising you are actually checking your Main TM and not the one you just imported your TMX into?

That should work, even though you have to manually page through the file, but can you try your search in the Search Details box at the top when you open your TM? This is much faster and will produce all the hits in your TM in one page.
