&lt;p&gt;- Uninstalling and installing the program several times.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Changing the name of the file coresettings.xml to settings.xml&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Running the program as an administrator.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Repairing the program in the Uninstall programs folder.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Changing the location of the folder when installing it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- And adding the program to my antivirus whitelist.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Before Multiterm crushed, I tried adding some functions from Create Ribbons, I think it&amp;#39;s called. I added them in the Termbases sections and, when I closed the program, it stopped working.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I don&amp;#39;t know what else to do to launch the program and have access to the dashboard.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you help me with a new unthought solution? Thank you!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In the past two weeks, I tried to access termbases provided via GroupShare, but there is no connection (there is no error message on Trados, the TB just has a red X sign). I can access Translation Memories on server, using the same connection.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;However, I also tried today to access an offline TB that is saved locally on my computer, and still MultiTerm prevents me from opening it due to a server error. This file doesn&amp;#39;t need the server!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is the message displayed when I try to open this offline TB on MultiTerm. I have just updated MultiTerm to the most recent version available and the error persists.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;My issue is that when we receive a project from our client, accordin to Trados, the given TB is active (i.e. the green tick is there), but it doesn&amp;#39;t actually indicate the mis-matches. We have to remove the client&amp;#39;s TB and put it back, only then it functions for a while. But after some time spent on the same project, it stops functioning again &amp;ndash; so it has to be manually removed and put back again. The same thing happens with the translator as well: he has to remove the client&amp;#39;s TB and put it back&amp;nbsp;in order for it to function.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This particular issue only happens with one pariular client of ours.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Do you have any idea what might be the problem...?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I can open Multiterm. However, when I click on &amp;ldquo;Open termbase&amp;rdquo; I get the message error (see screenshot) plus a funny &amp;ldquo;loading bar&amp;rdquo; which says &amp;ldquo;Loading Termbase List&amp;rdquo;.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Actions taken:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Shut down Studio and Multiterm programs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Shut down the computer and restart&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;-Try to uninstall and reinstall Multiterm&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- Rename the file adding an underscore&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;I&amp;#39;ve tested with the same conditions on an English-to-Russian language pair, and it works without any errors.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;The crash only occurs with the English-to-Korean language pair.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;As shown in the video, the document language is correctly set to English-to-Korean, and the termbase language is also correctly matched to English-to-Korean.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
