Now the notification mails I receive still contain the link&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;&amp;quot;Open project in Studio&amp;quot;, but it does not work anymore. On clicking it, an empty browser tab opens containing nothing but the logs01 server address, but I am not able to open this address (e.g by using the Enter key).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;I have the opportunity to download the projects if I open the server in an internet browser, but then I have the XLIFF files only without the accompanying instruction and reference files. The respective project manager always has to send me those files per mail or a download link. This is a very clumsy workaround, and it will be of no avail if I have to open and review a project in the evening when no project manager is available.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;The problem persists with both browsers Edge and Google being set as default browsers. Until 2025, I worked with Edge, but I don&amp;#39;t know if this is relevant at all.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Is it possible to make the &amp;quot;Open project in Studio&amp;quot; link work again? Do I (or does the project manager) have to activate, change or update a certain setting/option?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I have to deal with the result of this unusual behaviour, as I now have unwanted duplicates in the TM.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I am aware of the function to search for duplicates, the only issue is, that the duplicates are not listed, but only displayed one by one. So I delete one duplicate, go to the next one, delete it, etc. But the search starts always with the first segment. Which also can be annoying, when you do not want delete some of the duplicates, so you have to skip those until you get to one you want to delete.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Maybe this sounds familiar.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Is there another way to do that? There is an app in the Appstore, but that is only for local TMs and it deletes all duplicates. This is not the solution I want, I would want to add also some filter criteria for the duplicates.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Any idea out there?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I know this error is due to incorrect tags in the editor, but sometimes I check all the tags and there are no differences. However, if I copy the original text with the tags and translate it, it works. But in a large document, it&amp;#39;s impossible to do it one by one. I run the tag check, but with no luck; all segments appear correct.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I have three questions:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1) How can I find out which segment has the tag issue?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;2) I can force check in the file the translator has out and see that it&amp;#39;s correctly translated, but when I try to download or generate the target file, most of it isn&amp;#39;t translated. Why? If the translator was working in GS, why can&amp;#39;t I download it as I see it in the editor? If I log in from Trados, I only see the untranslated file...&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Problem Summary:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;After the update, users are unable to log in to the GroupShare web interface or connect via Trados Studio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;The web interface shows the error: &amp;quot;A request could not be processed by the server. See browser console for details.&amp;quot;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;The browser&amp;#39;s developer console reveals the specific error is: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 () /api/authentication/token.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;This 404 Not Found error on a core API endpoint suggests a server-side configuration issue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span&gt;Troubleshooting Steps Already Performed:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;We have carefully followed the guidance in the RWS Knowledge Base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;We initiated the update from CU05 to CU13. Before starting, we backed up our original web.config file as a standard precaution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;After the update, when the authentication failed, we consulted RWS Knowledge Base article KB0039503.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;Following the note in the article, we downloaded the recommended web.config templates for CU12/CU13.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;We replaced the existing web.config in C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Server\Platform\ with the new web_HTTPS_CU12andCU13.config file (correctly renamed to web.config).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;We then performed a full IIS restart using the iisreset command.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Despite correctly replacing the web.config file as recommended, the issue persists with the exact same 404 error on the /api/authentication/token endpoint.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since the primary recommended solution (replacing the web.config) has not resolved the problem, we believe there may be a deeper issue, possibly related to permissions, IIS application pool settings, or another configuration change that occurred during the significant jump from CU05 to CU13.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;Could anyone in the community offer further advice or suggest what we should investigate next? Are there specific logs in the Windows Event Viewer or GroupShare&amp;#39;s own logging that would be most helpful for diagnosing why this API route is not being found?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Create &amp;ldquo;Everyone&amp;rdquo; group&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Verify access for &amp;ldquo;Everyone&amp;rdquo; and the localized equivalent to the folder C:\ProgramData\SDL\SDLServer1\RaptorDB&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Modified the chef recipe and replaced srv_user for the everyone group, and its localized version.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Uninstalled GroupShare and clean installed Trados GroupShare 2020 SR2 and SR1&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Installed on a new machine&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Verified password ASCII chars under first 127&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

However, this is currently not feasible because the cloud solution has not yet been directly integrated with Plunet.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt; To effectively convey our needs to Plunet, we would like to unite as many users as possible who:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I spent the best part of today (9/8) looking for help and solutions in the knowledge base, here on the RWS Community forums.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The first thing I realized is that many users seem to be facing different issues with that update.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I tried various suggestions found here and there, including:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;- uninstalling the new version and reinstalling the previous version of Studio (TradosStudio2024_18.0.2.3255)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- uninstalling the new version and reinstalling the new version of Studio (TradosStudio2024_18.1.2.6370)&lt;/p&gt;
