&lt;p&gt;I used to run Trados on a Virtual Machine (VM) on my iMac that I had to delete today due to a bug I could not sort out.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I think my Trados license stayed &amp;quot;stucked&amp;quot; within that former VM.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I tried to deactivate my license through my online session on your platform but it does not seem to work properly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you please help me out by deactivating it for me? I can therefore activate it again on a new VM I just created and on which I reinstalled Trados.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Studio 2024 was working normally until now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;We have 2 2024 network licenses that we use with LBS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At no point between yesterday and today were these licenses deactivated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When clicking &amp;quot;retour&amp;quot;, we get the following messages :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;I recently changed my laptop and followed the proper procedure to move my license: I deactivated the activation on the old machine, then installed Trados Studio 2022 on the new laptop and successfully activated it. I also updated to SR2, and everything worked normally for a few days.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;However, suddenly the software no longer recognizes the activation and it switched to trial mode. At the same time, when I try &amp;ldquo;Check for updates&amp;rdquo;, it shows &amp;ldquo;No internet connection&amp;rdquo;, even though my internet is working normally and I can browse other websites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;I have already tried reinstalling Trados Studio, resetting network settings, and testing different connections, but the issue persists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A license reset is only required when you need to move the program from one PC to another. At the moment, your Freelance Plus version allows the program to be activated on two machines at the same time. However, if you want to install it on a different PC, a reset will be necessary beforehand.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;span&gt;I contacted RWS support via the contact form and received an offline deactivation ticket. However, the process still fails:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul data-spread="false"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Online deactivation returns error 403&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Offline deactivation via Trados fails due to entitlement error&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Using the offline deactivation ticket in my RWS account also results in an error when confirming&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;span&gt;It seems that the license cannot be deactivated due to a server-side inconsistency.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Could a moderator or RWS staff please assist or reset my license activation?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P.S.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
