&lt;p&gt;I think my Trados license stayed &amp;quot;stucked&amp;quot; within that former VM.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I tried to deactivate my license through my online session on your platform but it does not seem to work properly.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Could you please help me out by deactivating it for me? I can therefore activate it again on a new VM I just created and on which I reinstalled Trados.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Studio 2024 was working normally until now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;We have 2 2024 network licenses that we use with LBS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At no point between yesterday and today were these licenses deactivated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When clicking &amp;quot;retour&amp;quot;, we get the following messages :&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;span&gt;I contacted RWS support via the contact form and received an offline deactivation ticket. However, the process still fails:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul data-spread="false"&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Online deactivation returns error 403&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Offline deactivation via Trados fails due to entitlement error&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;span&gt;Using the offline deactivation ticket in my RWS account also results in an error when confirming&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;span&gt;It seems that the license cannot be deactivated due to a server-side inconsistency.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Could a moderator or RWS staff please assist or reset my license activation?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P.S.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;span&gt;I have already contacted RWS via the contact form and received an offline deactivation ticket, but it does not work.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="isSelectedEnd"&gt;&lt;span&gt;I was advised to create a support case via the Community, so I am posting here.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

I also updated to SR2, and everything worked normally for a few days.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;However, suddenly the software no longer recognizes the activation and it switched to trial mode. At the same time, when I try &amp;ldquo;Check for updates&amp;rdquo;, it shows &amp;ldquo;No internet connection&amp;rdquo;, even though my internet is working normally and I can browse other websites.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;I have already tried reinstalling Trados Studio, resetting network settings, and testing different connections, but the issue persists.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;Could you please help me reactivate the license?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
