Dear all,

I was in the middle of a task and Trados stopped working, It looked open but it did not work and the tab appeared transparent or blank. I restarted my PC and the same thing happened, Trados opened but did not work and it looked stuck on the task I was working one, also when I tried to open other older tasks.

So I decided to repair the software, but since this option was not available I uninstalled and pretended to reinstall it, but I cannot install since I get the following message:

Could you please help me out with this situation. I am a little bit in a rush.
