&lt;p&gt;That Studio 2022 suscription expired and I bought the new Studio 2024 suscription, but, HERE IS THE PROBLEM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When I try to access to my new suscription with &amp;quot;midanzag@hotmail.com&amp;quot; it answers that my suscription is expired and it automatically closes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;After that, when I try to access to this new suscription with &amp;quot;ocampotrads&amp;quot; it opens and I can work in &lt;span style="color:#000000;"&gt;LOCAL&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;projects. BUT, when I receive the invitation from my client to download a new project from the cloud, it opens the projects, but it does not open the projects in Studio, it just gives me the option for working in Editor on line, and that does not work for me.&amp;nbsp; IMPORTANT: The option is shown but when I click in the tab it just does not open the Studio program containing the project. So the only option I have is to work on line.&lt;/p&gt;

After I clicked &amp;quot;Browse&amp;quot;, specified the location to export, and clicked &amp;quot;Save&amp;quot;, the &amp;quot;Next&amp;quot; button remains grayed out. So I clicked &amp;quot;Finish&amp;quot; button instead, which is the only active button.&lt;/p&gt;

In this window only the &amp;quot;Close&amp;quot; button is active. &lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The RWS document states &amp;quot;When the export has finished, the items on this page are listed as&amp;nbsp;Complete. Select&amp;nbsp;Finish &amp;quot;. What does &amp;quot;listed as Complete&amp;quot; mean? and where is &amp;quot;Finish&amp;quot; button?&lt;br /&gt;In my window the active button was only &amp;quot;Close&amp;quot; button.&lt;/p&gt;
