Another feedback that came up today: when a user leaves a message in a project that is deleted right after the message was posted, nobody gets a notification by the system (nothing on the TE/CP interfaces nor by email). I think the system should send the notification by email right away or the system shouldn't delete the project too quickly, and keep it for a while in the background, to make sure that there was no new messages in the Conversations tab.

Another feedback from us: it's impossible to select the text of a message on the Trados Enterprise interface whereas it is possible to do so on the Customer Portal one. It would be nice to be able to select the text in the project conversation, on the TE user interface too.

There should be an option for the project creator to add images/files to answer or illustrate a reply to a query.

Currently, once the notifications are read or maked as read, they all disppear and there is no way to read them again. We'd like to avoid opening each project and looking for the one that has new conversations messages.

We came up with another idea to enhance the push notifications on the TE interface. At the moment, it's too easy to overlook a notification or a message.

All the conversations messages should be centralized on a webpage somewhere in the TE system and the link to that webpage should appear on the notification window below:

Something similar to the link on the release notes pop-up windows for TE.

And what do you mean by "...and consolidate them into a single email notification at hourly intervals."? [mention:144fe89ed88f487a9e04cc78d763eb2e:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05]? How can a project manager know if an urgent comment has been added to a project conversation if he only gets a consolidated email notification every hour only?

Could you please explain the following?

To keep users informed, we provide visual indicators for projects with existing or unread comments.

I'm testing that new feature and I don't see any visuel indicator for each of the comment posted via the TE or the CP interfaces.
