Regarding the project termbases for translation packages, is there a size limit for the complete termbase that we should take into account to avoid technical issues with the opening of the translation packages? For example, if our termbase contains let's say 5,000 entries and the setting of the Generate Offline Package Resources workflow task is configured to "Complete termbase", will the user be able to open the translation packages without issue?

How will the accuracy of this report be affected by this feature? We use the "Task Word Count" to calculate.

If 2 linguists work on the same document, does this mean they will both get the full word count for the task, or is there a way to be more accurate and have the report count their translated words on a segment level?

Regarding Segment ID - do we know if this is the same type as we use in Passolo? Will importing TM with segment ID from Passolo to TE allow to smoothly migrate from Passolo to TE so that client / PJMs can manage all projects within one platform?

Great stuff! Will the ability to customise email notifications be added to the customer portal likewise? It is not possible to define the above-mentioned settings in Customer Portal.

Good news regarding this update—great work, and please keep it up.

In the meantime, I had raised a query about the auto-propagation feature not working as expected in the live environment. For example, when multiple segments differ only in numerics, confirming the first segment applies the same translation to all subsequent segments without updating the respective numerics.

I hope my concern is clear. It would be great if this issue is addressed in the current or upcoming update.

Great news on concurrent editing: "To enable this functionality, on supported tasks you can now configure them to allow concurrent editing, after which tasks can be accepted and completed on behalf of a group:" - does this mean that concurrent editing will only work for users that are part of the same group and can access the Inbox View? I have configured a customer review task with concurrent editing setup in the workflow but could not find how to deal with this - in the customer portal only "Open in Online Editor" is available. The online documentation has not been updated yet as it seems. Please supply additional details on how to enable this.

I have another question for you [mention:144fe89ed88f487a9e04cc78d763eb2e:e9ed411860ed4f2ba0265705b8793d05] : About "Effective June 1, 2026, a limit of 2 million Translation Units (TUs) per language pair will be enforced within a Translation Memory.", where can we find the total of TUs for each of our language pair in our system? The only data that I could find in our TE, is the total of TUs per TM.

Does it mean that a project creator should, on the Customer Portal interface, click on the "Create" button instead of the "Create & Start" button for the PM feature to work?

How does the new feature "Files in completed projects can now be opened in the Online Editor" work? Its it only files that are in progress when the project is completed that can be opened or should completed files too be able to be opened?

Just an FYI, support have confirmed to me that the Public Access feature for Termbases is not yet released so why would you have a screenshot showing it in the release nokes
