It offers a deeper integration in the Zendesk tickets environment, making it even easier for our customers&amp;#39; Zendesk agents to seamlessly support their users across languages.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Automatic detection of the visitor&amp;#39;s language and instant translation of messages directly in the Agent ticketing environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;An RWS Language Weaver icon in the rich text editor&amp;nbsp;that allows the Agent to translate and submit the response to the visitor in one click.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Both the original messages and the translated messages to and from the visitor are stored in the ticket history.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support for Language Weaver and Language Weaver Edge&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;div&gt;This first version supports MT for Zendesk&amp;#39;s Support Ticket feature, allowing our customers&amp;#39; Zendesk agents to seamlessly support their users across languages. There are two primary features:&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Enable agents to use Language Weaver to machine translate support ticket content into the agent&amp;#39;s preferred language&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Enable agents to use Language Weaver to machine translate their response into the user&amp;#39;s preferred language&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
&lt;div&gt;In an effort to make the user experience as efficient as possible, we have built in some intelligence to select the agent&amp;#39;s language based on their system preferences and we&amp;#39;ve used Language Weaver&amp;#39;s language identification features to detect the end user&amp;#39;s preferred language.&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
&lt;div&gt;This is just the first version, and we have a lot more planned for Zendesk, including adding features to support chat and Knowledge Base, and making UX improvements to integrate more deeply into Zendesk&amp;#39;s UI.
